Review and Approval Rights definition

Review and Approval Rights shall include, without limiting the generality of that term, all instances in which one Party (the “Submitting Party”) is permitted or required to submit to the other Party or to the representative of that other Party any document, notice or determination of the Submitting Party and with respect to which the other Party or its representative (the “Reviewing Party”) has a right or duty hereunder to review, comment, confirm, consent, Approve, disapprove, dispute or challenge the submission or determination of the Submitting Party.

Related to Review and Approval Rights

  • Final Approval Order means the proposed Order Granting Final Approval to the Settlement, to be entered by the Court with terms to be agreed upon by the Parties and consistent with this Agreement.

  • Approvals means all approvals, consents, authorisations, permissions, licences, resolutions, exemptions, registrations, filings, permits and rights from all government, regulatory and statutory entities and authorities;
