Review Implementation Notice has the meaning given to “review implementation notice” in paragraph 7 of Schedule 4A of the Act;
Project Implementation Manual or “PIM” means the manual setting out the measures required for the implementation of the Project, as the same may be amended from time to time, subject to prior approval of the Association;
Completion Notice means a notice issued by the Developer in accordance with clause 6.1.
Project Management Report means each report prepared in accordance with Section 4.02 of this Agreement;
Implementation Plan means the schedule included in the Statement of Work setting forth the sequence of events for the performance of Services under the Statement of Work, including the Milestones and Milestone Dates.
Implementation Services means the supply, configuration and programming of Customer Equipment and/or Services and training where set out in an Order.
Project Completion Schedule means the progressive Project Milestones set forth in Schedule-J for completion of the Project Highway on or before the Scheduled Completion Date;
