Revolving Reserve Accounts definition

Revolving Reserve Accounts means the interest bearing accounts of the Issuer with the Account Bank into which amounts equal to the Unfunded Amounts in respect of Revolving Obligations and Delayed Drawdown Obligations and certain principal payments received in respect of Revolving Obligations and Delayed Drawdown Obligations are paid and “Revolving Reserve Account” shall mean any one of them;
Revolving Reserve Accounts means the segregated interest-bearing accounts of the Issuer with the Account Bank into which amounts equal to the Unfunded Amounts in respect of Revolving Obligations and Delayed Drawdown Obligations and certain principal payments received in respect of Revolving Obligations and Delayed Drawdown Obligations are paid and on each of which shall be denominated in the currency of the Revolving Obligation or Delayed Drawdown Obligation to which it relates.
Revolving Reserve Accounts means each of the Euro, Sterling and U.S. Dollar denominated (as applicable) interest bearing accounts of the Issuer with the Account Bank into which amounts equal to the Unfunded Amounts in respect of Revolving Obligations and Delayed Drawdown Collateral Debt Obligations and certain principal payments received in respect of Revolving Obligations and Delayed Drawdown Collateral Debt Obligations, are paid.

Revolving Reserve Accounts means each of the Euro denominated, Sterling denominated, U.S. Dollar denominated, Danish Kroner denominated, Norwegian Kroner denominated, Swedish Kroner denominated, Australian Dollar denominated, Canadian Dollar denominated and Swiss Franc denominated (as applicable) interest bearing accounts of the Issuer with the Account Bank into which amounts equal to the Unfunded Amounts in respect of Revolving Obligations and Delayed Drawdown Obligations and certain principal payments received in respect of Revolving Obligations and Delayed Drawdown Obligations, are paid.
Revolving Reserve Accounts means the Revolving Reserve Euro Account and such other interest bearing accounts described as such held from time to time in the name of the Issuer with the Account Bank and denominated in the currency of a Revolving Obligation and/or Delayed Drawdown Obligation (each an Account Currency) into which amounts equal to the Unfunded Amounts in respect of Revolving Obligations and Delayed Drawdown Obligations and certain principal payments received in respect of the Revolving Obligations and Delayed Drawdown Obligations in the relevant Account Currency, are paid in accordance with Condition 3(i)(xii) (Revolving Reserve Account) and each such account a Revolving Reserve Account.

Related to Revolving Reserve Accounts

  • Cash Reserve Account means an Eligible Deposit Account established in the name of the Trust and designated as the Cash Reserve Account for the purposes hereof, the balance of which shall be subject to the control of the Trust for the benefit of the Trust and the Seller and applied in accordance with the terms hereof, which account shall bear interest and shall initially be account number [*], maintained at [*];

  • Liquidity Reserve Account shall have the meaning set forth in Section 8.2(A)(iii).

  • Reserve Accounts means the Tax and Insurance Reserve Account, the Leasing Reserve Account or any other escrow account established by the Loan Documents.

  • Reserve Account Draw Amount means, for any Payment Date, an amount equal to the lesser of (a) the Available Funds Shortfall Amount, if any, for such Payment Date and (b) the amount of cash or other immediately available funds on deposit in the Reserve Account (excluding any net investment earnings) on such Payment Date; provided, however, that if such Payment Date is the Redemption Date, the “Reserve Account Draw Amount” shall mean an amount equal to the amount of cash or other immediately available funds on deposit in the Reserve Account on the Redemption Date.

  • Debt Service Reserve Account as defined in the Depositary Agreement.

  • Series Reserve Account means the Reserve Account for the Series of Bonds established in the Reserve Fund by Supplemental Indenture in an amount equal to the Series Reserve Account Requirement for such Series of Bonds.

  • Available Reserve Account Amount means, with respect to any Distribution Date, the lesser of (a) the amount on deposit in the Reserve Account on such date (before giving effect to any deposit to be made to the Reserve Account on such date) and (b) the Required Reserve Account Amount.

  • Letter of Credit Collateral Account means a special deposit account maintained by the Administrative Agent, for the benefit of the Administrative Agent, the Issuing Bank and the Lenders, and under the sole dominion and control of the Administrative Agent.

  • Class A Cash Collateral Account means an Eligible Deposit Account in the name of the Subordination Agent maintained at an Eligible Institution, which shall be the Subordination Agent if it shall so qualify, into which all amounts drawn under the Class A Liquidity Facility pursuant to Section 3.5(c), 3.5(d), 3.5(i) or 3.5(m) shall be deposited.
