Rewards Program definition

Rewards Program is a benefit of the Card and is provided by The Kroger Co. The Card, the Rewards Program, and other features described in this Agreement, are sometimes referred to herein as the “Card Program”. The laws of the state of Ohio govern interpretation of this Agreement without regard to its choice of law provisions that may cause the law of another state to apply.

Rewards Program means that rewards and incentive program administered by Velocity on behalf of Financial Institution through which the Rewards Program Website is made available to a Participant for Points redemption.

Rewards Program means HSBC Rewards Plus or HSBC Qantas Rewards.

Examples of Rewards Program in a sentence

• Upon your death, your participation in the Money-Back Rewards Program automatically ceases and the Credit Card Account is closed.

• You have no property interest in the Rewards or the Rewards Program.

• Money-Back Rewards cannot be earned after the date your Credit Card Account is closed or the date the Rewards Program is terminated.

• We may exchange Rewards Program and Credit Card Account-related information about you with other parties, such as participating partners, merchants or service providers, as required to administer the Rewards Program.

• Provided your Credit Card Account is in Good Standing at the time of the suspension or termination of the Rewards Program, all Money-Back Rewards earned up to the date of termination or suspension – as the case may be – will be deposited in your chosen Redemption Destination.

More Definitions of Rewards Program

Rewards Program means the Tangerine Money-Back Rewards Program that allows you to earn Money-Back Rewards as described in this Agreement.

Rewards Program means the program described at xxxxx://xxxxxxx.xxx/rewards as governed by this Rewards Agreement.

Rewards Program refers to either the Cashback Program or the Points Program associated with Your Card, with its own set of rules with respect to earning, redemption, transfer and cancellation of points.

Rewards Program means all consumer restaurant, bar and club loyalty programs owned or operated by RN, now or in the future, on a private label, branded, or a co-branded basis.

Rewards Program means the AIR MILES reward program offered with the credit card.
