RF Compliance Report definition

RF Compliance Report means a report prepared and certified by an RF engineer acceptable to the City that certifies that the proposed facility, as well as any collocated facilities, will comply with applicable federal RF exposure standards and exposure limits. The RF report must include the actual frequency and power levels (in watts ERP) for all existing and proposed antennas at the site and exhibits that show the location and orientation of all transmitting antennas and the boundaries of areas with RF exposures in excess of the uncontrolled/general population limit (as that term is defined by the FCC) and also the boundaries of areas with RF exposures in excess of the controlled/occupational limit (as that term is defined by the FCC). Each such boundary shall be clearly marked and identified for every transmitting antenna at the project site.
RF Compliance Report means a report prepared and certified by an RF engineer acceptable to the City that certifies that the proposed facility, both individually and cumulatively with all other fixed transmitters that contribute more than 5% to the cumulative emissions in the vicinity (if any), will comply with applicable federal RF exposure standards and exposure limits. The RF report must include the actual frequency and power levels (in xxxxx ERP) for all existing and proposed antennas at the site and exhibits that show the location and orientation of all transmitting antennas and the boundaries of areas with RF exposures in excess of the uncontrolled/general population limit (as that term is defined by the FCC) and also the boundaries of areas with RF exposures in excess of the controlled/occupational limit (as that term is defined by the FCC). Each such boundary shall be clearly marked and identified for every transmitting antenna at the project site.

  • Assessment of Compliance As defined in Section 3.21.

  • Compliance Order means an order issued by the Code Enforcement Officer pursuant to subdivision (a) of section 15 of this local law.

  • Covenant Compliance Worksheet means a fully completed worksheet in the form of Attachment A to Exhibit C.

  • Covenant Compliance Certificate means a properly completed and executed Covenant Compliance Certificate substantially in the form of Exhibit X hereto.

  • Notice of compliance means a statement confirming that a governmental entity

  • GLJ Report means the independent engineering reserves evaluation of certain oil, NGL and natural gas interests of the Company prepared by GLJ dated February 11, 2022 and effective December 31, 2021.

  • Compliance Date means, in each case, the date by which compliance is required under the referenced provision of ARRA’s or HIPAA’s implementing regulations, as applicable.

  • Officer’s Compliance Certificate means a certificate of the chief financial officer or the treasurer of the Borrower substantially in the form attached as Exhibit F.

  • Evaluation Report means a report on the evaluation of tenders prepared under CSO 12
