Examples of RHD Corp in a sentence

  • Parent has entered into an Agreement and Plan of Merger, dated as of October 3, 2005 (the "Merger Agreement"), by and among RHD Corp., Parent and Forward Acquisition Corp., a Delaware corporation and a wholly owned subsidiary of RHD Corp.

  • Servicer and the Client Companies (other than RHD Corp) have previously entered into that certain Shared Services Agreement, dated January 29, 2010 (the “Original Agreement”).

  • Acquired Corporations means the Company and each of its Subsidiaries, collectively.
