Right to Organize. Teachers shall have the right to self-organization for mutual protection, to form, join or assist the organization or refrain from such activity, and to bargain collectively through representatives of their own choosing.

Right to Organize. Employees shall have the right to organize, join and assist the Association and to participate in collective negotiations with the Board. The Board shall not discriminate against any employee with respect to hours, wages, and other terms and conditions of employment by reason of membership in the Association, participation in negotiations with the Board, or the institution of any grievance, complaint, or proceeding under this Agreement.

Right to Organize. The Employer recognizes that all faculty members have the right to freely organize, join and support the Union and its affiliates for the purpose of engaging in collective bargaining and other concerted activities for mutual aid and protection in accordance with Mont. Code Xxx. § 00-00-000, except as provided for in this agreement. The Employer further agrees that it will not discriminate against any faculty member for exercising any right granted by the Public Employees Bargaining Act or this agreement.

Right to Organize. The Board and the Representative Organization agree that the individual teacher may have full freedom of association and self-organization. However, the Board and the District shall not be required to recognize or negotiate with any organization not so designated in this agreement.
Right to Organize. Pursuant to the Michigan Public Employment Relations Act, the Board hereby agrees that all its employees, as defined in Article I, shall have the right to organize, join and support the Association for the purpose of engaging in collective bargaining or negotiation and other lawful concerted activities for mutual aid and protection. As the duly elected body exercising governmental power under color of law of the State of Michigan, the Board undertakes and agrees that it will not directly or indirectly discourage or deprive or coerce any teacher in the enjoyment of any rights conferred by the Act or other laws of Michigan or the United States, and further, that it will not discriminate against any teacher with respect to hours, wages or any terms or conditions of employment by reason of membership in the Association, participation in any activities of the Association or collective professional negotiations with the Board, or the institution of any grievance, complaint or proceeding under this Agreement or otherwise with respect to any terms or conditions of employment.
