Right to Organize. The Association and the Board agree that individual employees shall have the full freedom of association, self-organization, and the designation of representatives of their own choosing, to negotiate the terms and conditions of their employment, and that they shall be free from interference, restraint or coercion by the Board, the Association or its agents, in the designation of such representatives or in self-organization or in other concerted activities for the purpose of collective bargaining or other mutual aid or protection. The Association and the Board further agree that individual employees shall have the right to refrain from such activities.
