Road Occupancy Permit definition

Road Occupancy Permit means a Permit issued by the Municipality authorizing the Company to conduct Work that includes any activity that involves a deployment of its workforce, vehicles and other equipment in the ROWs when performing the Work (as more fully described in Schedule B).
Road Occupancy Permit means a Road Occupancy Permit issued by the Town.
Road Occupancy Permit means a document issued and authorized by the Township pursuant to this by-law, for the occupancy or closure of any Highway for any purpose and shall be interchangeable with the term “Permit”.
