If the Operator fails to comply with such direction, the County may take action to remedy the situation and if action is taken, the County is entitled to draw upon any Securities filed by the Operator under this agreement, including but not limited to the Entrance Permit, the Encroachment Permit, and/or the Road Occupancy Permit.
