ROFN Period definition

More Definitions of ROFN Period

ROFN Period means, with respect to each ROFN Target, the time period commencing upon the Effective Date and terminating on the [***] day after the Acceptance Date with respect to the [***] for such ROFN Target.

ROFN Period means the period commencing on the Effective Date and ending on the ROFN Exercise Deadline or, if Janssen exercises the Right of First Negotiation pursuant to Section 3.4.1 on or before the ROFN Exercise Deadline, the expiration of the Negotiation Period.
