Rollover Option Shares definition

Rollover Option Shares means the aggregate number of shares of Company Common Stock issuable upon exercise of all Company Options (whether Vested Company Options or Unvested Company Options).
Rollover Option Shares means Shares acquired upon exercise of a Rollover Option.
Rollover Option Shares means, at any time, any Option Shares that result from any Rollover Options.

More Definitions of Rollover Option Shares

Rollover Option Shares shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.6(c).
