Room Fee definition

Room Fee means the weekly amount specified as the room fee in the Residential Agreement Acknowledgement.
Room Fee. A Room Fee of $ 100.00 is required in addition to a signed contract to secure the event Date. THIS IS NOT A REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT, IT IS PART OF THE TOTAL FEE CHARGED FOR BANQUET SERVICES. The total Balance due for this event is due on the Function Date. The total fee will be the total of the $ 300.00 room fee together with the banquet meal order charges, applicable taxes and gratuity.
Room Fee means the fee determined by a General Manager for using aPrivate Room.

More Definitions of Room Fee

Room Fee means the amount outlined in the table of fees in the UONDRH Placement Portal. Room Furnishings means the furnishings and items provided by the UONDRH for the Room from time to time. Schedule of Charges means the schedule of charges. Security means the security firm engaged by the UONDRH from time to time. Student means a full-time student enrolled at university on placement.
Room Fee means the fee payable by the Client to the Operator for the hire of the Hired Space for the Event being the Estimated Room Fee or such other fee as set in accordance with clause 3.4.

Related to Room Fee

  • Hire Fee the hire fee specified in Item 13.

  • Rental Fee A fee charged by the Contractor for the rental of a compactor or roll-off container.

  • Expense Fee As to each Mortgage Loan and any Distribution Date, the product of the Expense Fee Rate and its Stated Principal Balance as of that Distribution Date.

  • Placement Fee has the meaning given thereto in Section 2(a) hereof;

  • Program Fee As defined in the Fee Letter.

  • Management Fee shall have the meaning set forth in Section 10(a).

  • Tuition Fee means the basic tuition fee applicable to specific programmes and shall include auxiliary fees which are for required instruction but shall exclude any other fees such as international student differential fees, co-op fees, and student union fees.

  • Monthly Fee means the total consideration, including but not limited to, equipment or locker rental,

  • Base Fee means the amount of compensation mutually agreed upon for the completion of Basic Services.

  • Hookup fee means a fee for the installation and inspection of any pipe, line,

  • Utilization Fee shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.06(b).

  • Connection Fee means a fee charged by a local entity to pay for the costs of

  • referral fee means any form of compensation, direct or indirect, paid for the referral of a client to or from a registrant.

  • Contract Fee means the lump sum rates as outlined in Schedule ‘B’ – Quote Form.

  • Property Management Fee means the fee payable to the Manager for its day-to-day management of the Property pursuant to the Management Agreement.

  • Base Management Fee means the base management fee, calculated quarterly in arrears, in an aggregate amount equal to the sum of (i) 25% per Quarter of the Fee Amount, plus (ii) 0.3125% of the Total Capitalization Value Increase for the preceding Quarter;

  • Permit Fee means a fee in an amount established by the SFMTA Board, required to be paid by a permit applicant for permit issuance or renewal, including any late payment penalties or interest for failure to pay in accordance with the requirements of this Article and any other regulations adopted by the SFMTA Board.

  • Annual Fees means the annual fees determined by the Council in terms of section 27;

  • Impact fee means a payment of money imposed under Title 11, Chapter 36a,

  • Origination Fee means any origination fee payable to the Department by the lender with respect to any Trust Student Loan.
