Rowing Club definition

Rowing Club. - shall mean any club which is carrying on an athletic programme whose purpose is to promote one or more sports, one of which is rowing.

Reference is made to the Signage Sponsorship Agreement (SSA) dated on or about the date hereof related to the Boathouse described below between Landlord and Woodforest National Bank dated on or about the date of this Lease (as amended, restated or replaced, together with any other sponsorship arrangement related to the Boathouse or rowing on Lake Woodlands (hereinafter referred to as the “SSA”); which are together with the EPC Contract are referred to as the “Related Contracts”). This Lease replaces and rescinds those Rowing Club use agreements, which were previously entered into between or among the rowing clubs that are tenants in the Boathouse related to the use of the Boathouse and Lake Woodlands, as amended.
