A copy of the Rules and Regulations Tariff is attached hereto as Exhibit A.
Carrier will not accept nor transport Crude Petroleum that does not meet the specifications set forth in the table below: (1) For further deliveries on Carrier’s pipeline system beyond Colorado City Station, Scurry County, Texas, Shippers must comply with the connecting carrier’s API Gravity specifications as required under Item 13(B) of Carrier’s Rules and Regulations Tariff, FERC No 35.6.0, including the specifications of BridgeTex Pipeline and the connecting carriers at Cushing, Oklahoma.
Shipper shall provide Carrier with a written nomination and schedule for shipments in accordance with the Rules and Regulations Tariff.
The limitations on Carrier’s liability and the indemnifications provided by Shipper set forth in this Rules and Regulations Tariff, including Rules 7, 23, 24, and 25, shall apply in full to all functions delegated to Administrator.

Shipper agrees to a Crude Oil “Treating Fee” in the event Shipper delivers out of spec Crude Oil which contaminates the Pipeline, as set forth in the Rules and Regulations Tariff.
The products to be transported and shipped on the Pipeline System under this Schedule (each, a “Product” and collectively, the “Products”) are those products permissible as established by Carrier in the Rules and Regulations Tariff FERC No. 45.0.0, , as the same may be amended, modified or supplemented from time to time (the “Rules and Regulations Tariff”).
