Rules and Regulations Tariff definition

Rules and Regulations Tariff means this Tariff; specifically, that publication within Carrier’s Joint Tariff that sets forth the rules and regulations that govern the Joint Tariff Service, as filed with the RRC and as may be supplemented and amended from time to time.
Rules and Regulations Tariff or "Rules and Regulations" means this Tariff record and periodic reissues thereof.
Rules and Regulations Tariff means Bengal’s Rules and Regulation Tariff filed with the FERC, as amended, supplemented or reissued from time to time, which, as of the Effective Date, is Bengal FERC 8 effective March 16, 2007.

  • Capitalized words in this Practice have the same meaning as those words in the Rules and Regulations Tariff for the applicable Enbridge System unless otherwise specified in this Practice.
