Examples of SaaS Terms in a sentence

  • Where there is a dispute, controversy, or claim arising under, out of, or relating to these SaaS Terms, the aggrieved party shall notify the other party in writing of the nature of such dispute with as much detail as possible about the alleged deficient performance of the other party.

  • In other cases, effects may be substantial for some chemicals and negligible for others.

  • Termination of SaaS Terms will not limit either party from pursuing other remedies available to it, including injunctive relief, nor will such termination relieve Customer’s obligation to pay all fees that have accrued or are otherwise owed by Customer under these SaaS Terms.

  • This warranty will be considered part of and covered under the provisions of these SaaS Terms.

  • Upon termination of these SaaS Terms, Customer shall no longer access the Software and Customer shall not circumvent any security mechanisms contained therein.
