The SADC Common Agenda shall be as reflected in Article 5 of this Treaty.
State Parties agree that consistent with the decision of Council of 2002, there is hereby recognised, a network of development finance institutions tasked with delivery on the SADC Common Agenda, to be known as the SADC DFI Network and which shall operate under the principle of subsidiary.
