Aquatic plant means a plant, including the roots, which typically floats on water or requires water for its entire structural support, or which will desiccate outside of water.
Generator Planned Outage means the scheduled removal from service, in whole or in part, of a generating unit for inspection, maintenance or repair with the approval of the Office of the Interconnection in accordance with the PJM Manuals.
Working voltage means the highest value of an electrical circuit voltage root-mean-square (rms), specified by the manufacturer, which may occur between any conductive parts in open circuit conditions or under normal operating condition. If the electrical circuit is divided by galvanic isolation, the working voltage is defined for each divided circuit, respectively.
Generator Maintenance Outage means the scheduled removal from service, in whole or in part, of a generating unit in order to perform necessary repairs on specific components of the facility, if removal of the facility meets the guidelines specified in the PJM Manuals.
Nontransient noncommunity water system means a public water system that is not a community water system and that regularly serves at least the same 25 persons over 6 months per year.
semi-detached dwelling means a building divided vertically into two dwelling units each of which has a separate entrance and access to grade;
single detached dwelling means a completely detached Building containing only one Dwelling Unit;
Accelerator-produced material means any material made radioactive by a particle accelerator.
Generator Forced Outage means an immediate reduction in output or capacity or removal from service, in whole or in part, of a generating unit by reason of an Emergency or threatened Emergency, unanticipated failure, or other cause beyond the control of the owner or operator of the facility, as specified in the relevant portions of the PJM Manuals. A reduction in output or removal from service of a generating unit in response to changes in market conditions shall not constitute a Generator Forced Outage.
Processor Personnel means all directors, officers, employees, agents, consultants and Agreementors of the Processor and/or of any Sub-Processor engaged in the performance of its obligations under this Agreement;
Development Site means any parcel or lot on which exists or which is intended for building development other than the following:
Pneumatic tire means every tire in which compressed air is designed to support the load.
Web spray adhesive means any aerosol adhesive that is not a mist spray or special purpose spray adhesive.
Emergency contraception means any health care treatment approved by the food and drug administration that prevents pregnancy, including but not limited to administering two increased doses of certain oral contraceptive pills within seventy-two hours of sexual contact.
Saturated zone or "zone of saturation" means that part of the earth's crust in which all voids are filled with water.
