Salaried Pension Plan definition

Salaried Pension Plan means the defined benefit plan known as the Contributory Pension Plan for Salaried Employees of Wabush Mines, Cliffs Mining Company, Managing Agent, Arnaud Railway Company and Wabush Lake Railway Company, Limited (Canada Revenue Agency registration number 0343558);

Salaried Pension Plan means the defined benefit plan known as the Contributory Pension Plan for Salaried Employees of Wabush Mines, Cliffs Mining Company, Managing Agent (Canada Revenue Agency registration number 0343558);

Salaried Pension Plan means the Air Products and Chemicals, Inc. Pension Plan for Salaried Employees, as amended from time to time.

Examples of Salaried Pension Plan in a sentence

• As a result of the foregoing and pursuant to the terms of the Plan, the total aggregate amount received by the Hourly Pension Plan shall be Cdn.$18 million and the total aggregate amount received by the Salaried Pension Plan shall be Cdn.$18 million, the whole subject to any additional distributions pursuant to Sections 7.5 and 7.8.

• Deere & Company and its United States subsidiaries and affiliates that have adopted the Salaried Pension Plan (jointly the “Company”) are also deemed to have adopted the Former Plan.

• No such action shall, however, adversely affect any Employee or Beneficiary who is receiving excess pension benefits under the Plan, unless an equivalent benefit is provided under the Salaried Pension Plan or another plan sponsored by the Company.

More Definitions of Salaried Pension Plan

Salaried Pension Plan shall have the meaning set forth in the Preamble.

Salaried Pension Plan means the Essar Steel Algoma Inc. Pension Plan for Salaried Employees (Canada Revenue Agency and Financial Services Regulatory Authority of Ontario Registration No. 1079896).

Salaried Pension Plan means the American Axle & Manufacturing, Inc. Retirement Program for Salaried Employees, the American Axle & Manufacturing, Inc. and Affiliated Corporation Salaried Cash Bonus Pension Plan, or other retirement plans sponsored by the Company or Affiliated Employers.

Salaried Pension Plan means the American Axle & Manufacturing, Inc. Retirement Program for Salaried Employees or other retirement plans sponsored by the Company or Affiliated Employers, as adopted or amended from time to time.

Salaried Pension Plan shall have the meaning set forth in the Recitals.
