Salaried Plan definition

Salaried Plan means the Retirement Benefit Plan for Salaried Employees of ASARCO LLC.

Salaried Plan means the Retirement Plan for Salaried Employees of Avis Rent A Car System, Inc., effective as of January 1, 1972.

Salaried Plan means the Raytheon Company Pension Plan for Salaried Employees.

• PEP provides benefits for eligible employees whose pension benefits under the Salaried Plan are limited by the provisions of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended.

• This subsection shall apply to a current or former Participant who is reemployed after his Annuity Starting Date and whose benefit under the Salaried Plan is recalculated based on an additional period of Credited Service.

• For purposes of this section, “specified plan” shall mean the Salaried Plan or a nonqualified pension plan similar to this Plan.

Salaried Plan. As defined in Section 3.17(d)(i).

Salaried Plan means the Chesapeake Corporation Retirement Plan for Salaried Employees. "Salaried Plan Benefit" means the total of the present value of the accrued benefits (whether or not vested) of each Salaried Employee who is employed by any of the Companies on the day after the Closing Date, such amount to be computed as of the Closing Date. "Salaried Plan Spinoff Amount" means the amount required to be transferred under Code Section 414(l) with respect to all Salaried Employees who are employed by any of the Companies on the day after the Closing Date, such amount to be computed as of the Closing Date in accordance with the actuarial assumptions and methods specified in Exhibit 8.3((d)) attached hereto.

Salaried Plan means the ConAgra Foods, Inc. Pension Plan for Salaried Employees.

Salaried Plan means the Whirlpool Employees Pension Plan as modified by the Part II Supplement for the Salaried Employees Participating Group.

Salaried Plan shall have the meaning specified in Subsection ------------- 5.12.2 hereof.

Salaried Plan means the ConAgra Foods, Inc. Pension Plan for Salaried Employees and any other plan that is qualified under Code Section 401(a) and that provides pension benefits for the period of employment during which an individual is a participant.

Salaried Plan means the CITGO Petroleum Corporation Salaried Employees’ Pension Plan.
