Engagement means the engagement (including the Agency Worker’s acceptance of the Hirer’s offer), employment or use of the Agency Worker by the Hirer or any third party to whom the Agency Worker has been introduced by the Hirer, on a permanent or temporary basis, whether under a contract of service or for services, and/or through a company of which the Agency Worker is an officer, employee or other representative, an agency, license, franchise or partnership arrangement, or any other engagement; and “Engage”, “Engages” and “Engaged” shall be construed accordingly;
service station means a building used for the sale of fuel for vehicles;
Transitional Services Agreement means the transitional services agreement in the Agreed Terms to be entered into between the Seller Parent and the Buyer;
Service Session means a sequence of support activities and tasks carried out remotely to collect further information by interview or by analysis of a Production System resulting in a list of recommendations. A Service Session could run manually, as a self-service or fully automated.
Consulting Period has the meaning assigned thereto in Section 14(f) hereof.
Transitional Services means services involving technical or specialized knowledge required to complete a project or to provide temporary consulting services to the City.
Transition Services Agreement means the transition services agreement, dated as of the Closing Date, to be entered into by the Seller and the Buyer, substantially in the form of Exhibit G.
Professional Services Agreement means the agreement attached hereto as Exhibit C and all written statements of work signed by Licensee and related thereto.
Services Start Date means the date as set out in the Specification (Schedule 1);
Service Start Date means the date on which services were first supplied under this Agreement.
Optional Services means services that a USF Service Provider is authorized but not required to provide pursuant to the USF Services and Subsidy Agreement and any Licences held by a USF Service Provider;
Services Period refers to the period of time for which You have ordered Cloud Services as specified in Your order.
Consulting Agreement means any written or oral agreement to retain the services, for a fee, of a consultant for the purposes of (A) providing counsel to a contractor, vendor, consultant or other entity seeking to conduct, or conducting, business with the State, (B) contracting, whether in writing or orally, any executive, judicial, or administrative office of the State, including any department, institution, bureau, board, commission, authority, official or employee for the purpose of solicitation, dispute resolution, introduction or requests for information or (C) any other similar activity related to such contracts.
Service Period has the meaning given to it in Framework Schedule 4 (Template Order Form and Template Call Off Terms) as refined by a Contracting Body in a Call Off Agreement between that Contracting Body and the Supplier;
Service Agreement means the initial agreement and any amendments or supplements thereto entered into by the Transmission Customer and the Transmission Provider for service under the Tariff. Site:
Services Term means the period during which you are entitled by Red Hat to use, receive access or consume a particular Red Hat Product pursuant to an Order Form or Business Partner order.
Interconnection Service Agreement means an agreement among the Transmission Provider, an Interconnection Customer and an Interconnected Transmission Owner regarding interconnection under Tariff, Part IV and Tariff, Part VI. List of Approved Contractors:
Personal services contract means a contract that, by its express terms or as administered, makes the contractor per- sonnel appear to be, in effect, Government employees (see 37.104).
Transition Services Agreements means the transition services agreements between the Purchaser and one or more of the Sellers in substantially the forms attached hereto as Exhibit D and Exhibit E.
SaaS Services means software as a service consisting of system administration, system management, and system monitoring activities that Xxxxx performs for the Tyler Software, and includes the right to access and use the Tyler Software, receive maintenance and support on the Tyler Software, including Downtime resolution under the terms of the SLA, and Data storage and archiving. SaaS Services do not include support of an operating system or hardware, support outside of our normal business hours, or training, consulting or other professional services. • “SLA” means the service level agreement. Products/Services means the goods/benefits/facilities offered by the Alliance Partner.
