Sales Fees definition

Sales Fees means an amount equal to 1.5% of the Net Available Proceeds of a Disposition (provided that, for the purposes of this definition of Sales Fees, the entirety of the proviso in paragraph (a) of the definition of Net Available Proceeds shall be disregarded).
Sales Fees has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 9.01(c) of this Agreement.
Sales Fees shall have the meaning given to such term in the Services Agreement.

  • The shortfalls related to income will be partially offset by the Government’s Sales, Fees and Charges compensation scheme which is in place to cover a proportion of qualifying losses until the end of quarter 1 of this financial year, which is accounted for centrally.

  • Sales Costs means all costs, direct and indirect, associated with a foreclosure sale by the City, including but not limited to: county recording fees, title reports or other means of identifying persons with interest in the property, title insurance, service and notification, publication and advertising, posting, sale, and staff salaries, including benefits and overhead.

  • Tuition Fees means a sum specified in the Offer Letter, payable by the Student to cover tuition, access to College facilities, enrolment procedures and orientation meetings, use of Information Technology facilities, exam sitting and a Kaplan award on successful completion of the Programme; and

  • Royalty Payments has the meaning set forth in Section 7.3.1.

  • Gross Profits means the gross profits calculated under section 4;

  • Tax Fees means the aggregate fees billed in each of the last two fiscal years for professional services rendered by the Company’s external auditor for tax compliance, tax advice and tax planning.

  • Net Sales Revenue shall have the meaning as set out in Schedule "A"

  • Gross Sales Price with respect to each sale of Shares sold pursuant to this Agreement shall be the gross sales price per share of such Shares.

  • Development Fees means fees imposed to offset capital costs of providing public infrastructure, public safety or other public services to a development and authorized pursuant to A.R.S.
