Sales Force Representatives definition

Sales Force Representatives means all sales force representatives that Commercialize the Product in the Collaboration Territory in accordance with this Agreement.
Sales Force Representatives means the exclusive independent contractor representatives of Broker who have signed a contract with Broker and who are authorized by Broker to conduct mortgage loan origination activities on behalf of Broker.

Examples of Sales Force Representatives in a sentence

  • To the knowledge of Broker, neither Broker nor any of its loan originators, employees or Sales Force Representatives have made any verbal representations or assurances to a Mortgagor regarding the availability of specific Mortgage Loan terms or Mortgage Loan pricing.

  • Within five (5) business days of receipt of a request by Lender, Broker shall provide Lender with sufficient evidence to confirm that Broker, its employees, agents, Sales Force Representatives and other personnel are properly licensed, registered or exempt.

  • To the extent required by applicable federal, state or local law, ordinance or regulation, Broker further agrees to register or license all Broker’s employees, agents, Sales Force Representatives and other personnel as required by applicable laws and shall properly maintain such registration or licensing during the term of this Agreement.

  • All applications for Mortgage Loans have been originated and sourced solely by Broker (or those agents or Sales Force Representatives designated by Broker in writing and for which Broker is solely responsible), unless otherwise expressly agreed to and approved by Lender in writing.

  • From such time as Amgen’s Sales Force Representatives Details the Product in the Co-Promotion Territory, KKC shall have the right to perform the Co-Detail Percentage of the Total FPDE Details with respect to the Product in accordance with the Co-Detail and Field Medical Liaison Plan and as otherwise specified by Amgen solely to ensure such activities are conducted in accordance with Applicable Law.

  • The Marketing Advisory Committee shall determine and adjust as necessary the physician targets and call activities of the Excel 250 Sales Force Representatives.

  • Notwithstanding the immediately prior sentence, if, during the Term, Cephalon receives Marketing Authorization for Nuvigil and commences Promotion of Nuvigil, then Cephalon may, at its sole option, add Nuvigil as a Product for the CNS 500 Sales Force Representatives and/or the Excel 250 Sales Force Representatives to Detail under the terms of this Agreement, provided that, if Cephalon elects to so add Nuvigil, TPNA’s Detail Requirements shall not increase.

  • Starting at such time as Amgen plans to assign Sales Force Representatives to Detail the Product in a Co-Promotion Territory ([***] years prior to anticipated Product launch), Amgen shall provide KKC with written notice of Amgen’s good faith estimate of the Total FPDE Details for such Co-Promotion Territory.

  • This Agreement shall commence on the Effective Date (it being understood and agreed that TPNA shall not be obligated to cause the CNS 500 Sales Force Representatives to perform Details prior to July 5, 2006 and to cause the Excel 250 Sales Force Representatives to perform Details prior to January 1, 2007) and shall terminate at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Standard Time on June 30, 2009, unless earlier terminated pursuant to Section 3.2 (the “INITIAL TERM”).
