Sales Force Representatives definition

Sales Force Representatives means all sales force representatives that Commercialize the Product in the Collaboration Territory in accordance with this Agreement.
Sales Force Representatives means the exclusive independent contractor representatives of Broker who have signed a contract with Broker and who are authorized by Broker to conduct mortgage loan origination activities on behalf of Broker.
