Sanction Authority definition

Sanction Authority means any of (i) the United States government; (ii) the United Nations; (iii) the European Union; (iv) the United Kingdom; or (v) the respective governmental institutions and agencies of any of the foregoing, including, without limitation, the Office of Foreign Assets Control of the US Department of Treasury, the United States Department of State, and Her Majesty’s Treasury.
Sanction Authority means the United Nations, the European Union, each member state of the European Union, the United Kingdom, the United States, the Commonwealth of Australia, Switzerland, Canada, and the authority, official institution or agency acting on behalf of any of them in connection with Export Control Laws.
Sanction Authority means the United Nations, the European Union, Her Majesty’s Treasury in the United Kingdom, the United States Department of Treasury’s Office of Foreign Assets Control, the Commonwealth of Australia, Switzerland, South Africa, Canada or any replacement or other regulatory body enforcing economic and trade sanctions legislation in such countries or by any state, supranational or international government organization.

  • The Promoter undertakes to strictly abide by such plans approved by the competent Authorities and shall also strictly abide by the bye-laws, FAR and density norms and provisions prescribed by the Sanction Authority and shall not have an option to make any variation /alteration/modification in such plans of the Real Estate Project, other than in the manner provided under the Act, and breach of this term by the Promoter shall constitute a material breach of the Agreement.

  • Regulator means, with respect to any person, any Government Authority charged with regulating, supervising or examining such person and its Affiliates.
