Sanctioned Territories definition

Sanctioned Territories means Cuba, Myanmar (Burma), Iran, North Korea, Sudan, Syria, the Crimea region and Venezuela.
Sanctioned Territories has the meaning set forth in Section 3.24(c). “Sanctions” has the meaning set forth in Section 3.24(c). “Section 1060 Allocation” has the meaning set forth in Section 2.10. “Securities Act” means the US Securities Act of 1933, as amended. “Seller Disclosure Schedule” has the meaning set forth in Article 3. “Seller” or “Sellers” has the meaning set forth in the Preamble.
Sanctioned Territories means any country or other territory targeted by a general export, import, financial or investment embargo under Sanctions, including the Crimea region, the separatist-controlled portions of the Donetsk and Luhansk regions of Ukraine, Cuba, Iran, North Korea and Syria
