  • Supply Pipe means any part of a service pipe which a water undertaker could not be, or have been required to lay under section 46 of the Water Industry Act 1991; and

  • Cogeneration unit means a unit that has equipment used to produce electric energy and forms of useful thermal energy (such as heat or steam) for industrial, commercial, heating or cooling purposes, through the sequential use of energy.

  • Ultra Low Sulfur Diesel Fuel means diesel fuel that has a sulfur content of no more than fifteen parts per million.

  • Capitol hill complex means the grounds and buildings within the area bounded by 300 North Street, Columbus Street, 500 North Street, and East Capitol Boulevard in Salt Lake City.

  • Electrical Fitter means an employee who is mainly employed in the workshops manufacturing, fitting, and repairing electrical instruments, machines, and apparatus. The legitimate possession of a certificate of competency in this particular class of work issued by the Electrical Licensing Board under the Electricity Act 1994 shall be recognised as proof of efficiency.

  • River means a flowing body of water or a portion or tributary of a flowing body of water, including streams, creeks, or impoundments and small lakes thereon.

A process unit can operate independently if supplied with sufficient feed or raw materials and sufficient storage facilities for the products.

  • Tight-fitting facepiece means a respiratory inlet covering that forms a complete seal with the face.
