SAR Base Price definition

SAR Base Price means, as to any Stock Appreciation Right, the price per share of Common Stock designated as the base value above which appreciation in value is measured.
SAR Base Price means the Fair Market Value of a Share on the date an SAR was granted, or if the SAR was granted in tandem with an Option (whether or not the Option was granted on a different date than the SAR), in the Committee's discretion, the option price of a Share subject to the Option.
SAR Base Price means the Fair Market Value of a Share on the date an SAR was granted.

More Definitions of SAR Base Price

SAR Base Price means the amount for each Grant as specified in the relevant Grant Agreement, subject to any adjustment that may be made following the Grant Date in accordance with the terms of this Plan. With respect to any Tandem SAR, the SAR Base Price shall be the same as the Exercise Price of the Reference Option.
SAR Base Price means, as to any Stock Appreciation Right, the price per share of Common Stock designated as the base value above which appreciation in value is measured, which price shall not be less than the Fair Market Value of a share of Common Stock on the Date of Grant.
SAR Base Price means the price from which the Appreciation is to be computed for the purposes of SARs.

Related to SAR Base Price

  • Base Price means the price to be used as the basis for determining the Spread upon the exercise of an Appreciation Right.

  • Option Price means the price at which a Share may be purchased by a Participant pursuant to an Option.

  • Strike Price means, except as otherwise provided by the Committee in the case of Substitute Awards, (i) in the case of a SAR granted in tandem with an Option, the Exercise Price of the related Option, or (ii) in the case of a SAR granted independent of an Option, the Fair Market Value on the Date of Grant.

  • Base Value With respect to any Mortgage Loan for which Additional Collateral has been pledged, the value of the Additional Collateral as determined with respect to that Mortgage Loan in accordance with the applicable underwriting guidelines.
