SAR Recipient definition

SAR Recipient means a Participant who has been granted an SAR.
SAR Recipient means any Optionee who is selected by the Committee in accordance with Section 17 also to receive any Tandem Stock Appreciation Rights.
SAR Recipient means a Person who has received a grant of Units (as defined in the SAR Plan) pursuant to the SAR Plan that has not expired or been forfeited or exercised in full prior to the Effective Time.

  • A designation of beneficiary may be replaced by a new designation or may be revoked by the SAR Recipient at any time.

  • Sub-Recipient means a partner, joint venturer, director, employee, agent and subcontractors of a Recipient to whom a Recipient must disclose Confidential Information.

For purposes of the benefits provided under this Plan, an Alternate Recipient shall be treated as an eligible Dependent, but for purposes of the reporting and disclosure requirements under ERISA, an Alternate Recipient shall have the same status as a Participant.

  • Prime Recipient means a Colorado State agency or institution of higher education that receives an Award.

  • Eligible Person means individuals, corporations, trusts, the estates of deceased individuals, partnerships and unincorporated associations of persons;

  • SAR means a stock appreciation right granted under the Plan.

  • Telecom Service Provider means any Telecom operator in India, who is licensed by the Department of Telecommunications (DOT), Government of India to provide telecom services to the general public or to the other DOT licensed Telecom operators. "Telecom Service Provider" also refers to any Telecom operator in other countries providing telecom services to general public of that country or to other telecom operators of the same country.

  • Sub-Service Provider means any person / firm / Organization / company /entity (other than the Service Provider) and it’s legal representatives, successors and permitted assigns named in the Contract as a Sub-Service Provider for a part of the Services or to whom a part of the Services has been sub-Contracted with the written prior consent of the Employer.

  • Other Participant means a cooperative project participant other than the United States.

  • Accenture Personal Data means personal data owned, licensed, or otherwise controlled or processed by Accenture including personal data processed by Accenture on behalf of its clients. “Accenture Data” means all information, data and intellectual property of Accenture or its clients or other suppliers, collected, stored, hosted, processed, received and/or generated by Supplier in connection with providing the Deliverables to Accenture, including Accenture Personal Data.
