SAR Plan definition

SAR Plan means the Company’s Share Appreciation Rights Plan and related award agreements.

SAR Plan means any share appreciation right plan or similar plan of the Corporation in respect of Common shares, in each case as constituted and administered at the Effective Date;

SAR Plan means the 1991 Charter Bancshares, Inc.

SAR Plan means the Third Amended and Restated Share Appreciation Rights Plan of Jaguar, effective as of December 8, 2010;
