SARs Plan definition

SARs Plan means the employee bonus plan letters of YM BioSciences Australia Pty Ltd (formerly Cytopia Research Pty Ltd);
SARs Plan is defined in Section 2.6(b).
SARs Plan has the meaning set forth in Section 2.3(d).
