Satellite Mission definition

Satellite Mission means the mission assigned to the Satellite by CUSTOMER after separation from the Launch Vehicle. Services means any and all services to be provided by ARIANESPACE under this Agreement.
Satellite Mission means the mission assigned to the Satellite by Customer after separation from the ARIANE Launch Vehicle.
Satellite Mission shall have the meaning set forth in Section 13(c) of the Lease.

Satellite Mission means the mission assigned to the Satellite by CUSTOMER after separation from the Launch Vehicle. Commercial in Confidence Scientific Satellite(s) or Scientific Mission means (a) national, European and other international satellite programmes with specific missions imposing scheduling constraints justifying an absolute priority on a particular launch window outside of which the launch mission cannot be achieved, such as, for example, planetary or “rendez-vous” missions. Services means any and all services to be provided by ARIANESPACE under this Agreement.
Satellite Mission means the mission assigned to the Satellite by CUSTOMER after separation from the Launch Vehicle.

The following systems are the principal types of continuous emission monitoring systems required under section 11 of this rule:

  • Installation Services means all those services ancillary to the supply of the Plant and Equipment for the Facilities, to be provided by the Contractor under the Contract; e.g., transportation and provision of marine or other similar insurance, inspection, expediting, site preparation works (including the provision and use of Contractor’s Equipment and the supply of all construction materials required), installation, testing, pre-commissioning, commissioning, operations, maintenance, the provision of operations and maintenance manuals, training, etc.

  • Infrastructure means infrastructure serving the County and improved or unimproved real estate and personal property, including machinery and equipment, used in the operation of the Project, within the meaning of Section 4-29-68 of the Code.

  • Network Transmission Service means transmission service provided pursuant to the rates, terms and conditions set forth in Tariff, Part III, or transmission service comparable to such service that is provided to a Load Serving Entity that is also a Transmission Owner.

Renewable energy system includes a biomass stove but does not include an incinerator or digester.
