  • SCDOT agrees that such signage shall be in compliance with any applicable zoning regulations.

  • The above listed public roads outside the Property that serve the Property are under the jurisdiction of the SCDOT regarding access, construction, improvements and maintenance, with the exception of a portion of Purrysburg Road which is currently owned and maintained by the County.
