Examples of SCG Group in a sentence

  • The parties recognize that the SCG Group has a distinct character that is reflected in its objectives, principles, operating policies and management style and that the SCG Group's overall objective is to create the maximum value for Members and the shareholders thereof.

  • Since inception, the SCG Group has compiled an excellent record of growth in its business.

  • For selected strategic projects, Sunway may appoint SCG Group from the outset based on mutually agreed pricing and terms.

  • The audited consolidated net asset of the SCG Group as at 31 December 2003 was approximatelyHK$632.0 million (or HK$0.67 per share), and the unaudited consolidated net asset of the SCG Group as at 30 June 2004 was approximately HK$343.2 million (or HK$0.37 per share).

Related to SCG Group

  • DBS Group means any of DBS’s subsidiaries, DBS’s holding company and any subsidiaries of DBS’s holding company;

  • SpinCo Group means (a) prior to the Effective Time, SpinCo and each Person that will be a Subsidiary of SpinCo as of immediately after the Effective Time, including the Transferred Entities, even if, prior to the Effective Time, such Person is not a Subsidiary of SpinCo; and (b) on and after the Effective Time, SpinCo and each Person that is a Subsidiary of SpinCo.

  • SAP Group means SAP Parent and any of its Associated Companies.

  • Xxxx Group means collectively Xxxx Capital Fund V, L.P., Xxxx Capital Fund V-B, L.P., BCIP Associates, BCIP Trust Associates, L.P. and Xxxxxxxx Street Partners.

  • Combined Group means a group of corporations or other entities that files a Combined Return.

  • Remainco Group means RemainCo and its Subsidiaries, other than the SpinCo Group.

  • Minority Group means any of the following racial or ethnic groups:

  • Selling Group has the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 2.2;

  • the Group means the Company and its subsidiary undertakings (if any); and

  • Seller’s Group means the Seller and any company which is, on or after the date of this Agreement, a subsidiary or holding company of the Seller or a subsidiary of a holding company of the Seller, and excludes, for the avoidance of doubt, any Group Company, and "Seller's Group Company" shall be construed accordingly.

  • Member means a member of the Board;

  • Purchaser’s Group means the Purchaser and its Affiliates from time to time;

  • SpinCo Entities means the entities, the equity, partnership, membership, limited liability, joint venture or similar interests of which are set forth on Schedule IV under the caption “Joint Ventures and Minority Investments.”

  • Xxxxx Group means Xxxxx and any Affiliate of Xxxxx.

  • SpinCo shall have the meaning set forth in the Preamble.

  • Service Group means any one or more (as the context may require) of the service groups described in this Schedule;

  • Minority group member means a United States citizen or permanent resident alien who is and can demonstrate membership in one of the following groups:

  • Corporate Group means the Corporation and its Subsidiaries treated as a single consolidated entity.

  • Promoter Group means such persons and entities constituting the promoter group as per Regulation 2(1)(pp) of the SEBI ICDR Regulations.

  • Steering Group means the Anti-Money Laundering Steering Group appointed pursuant to section 5;

  • Target Group means the Target and its Subsidiaries.

  • Parent Group has the meaning set forth in Section 8.03(c).

  • VAT Group means a group for the purposes of the VAT Grouping Legislation.

  • Retained Group means the Seller, its subsidiaries and subsidiary undertakings from time to time, any holding company of the Seller and all other subsidiaries or subsidiary undertakings of any such holding company (except members of the Group);

  • Affiliated Group means any affiliated group within the meaning of Code Section 1504(a) or any similar group defined under a similar provision of state, local or foreign law.
