Schedule of Approved Devices definition

Schedule of Approved Devices means the document of that name, being the list of devices approved for the purpose of hearing rehabilitation published by the Commonwealth on its website (www.hearingservices.gov.au, or replacement website address determined by the Commonwealth from time to time) as varied by the Commonwealth from time to time
Schedule of Approved Devices has the meaning given to that term under Section 2.6(a) (Approved Devices) of this Agreement;

Examples of Schedule of Approved Devices in a sentence

  • The Service Provider agrees that it will only provide Clients with Devices that have been included by the Commonwealth in the Schedule of Approved Devices.

  • The Commonwealth will update the Schedule of Approved Devices periodically.

  • The Supplier may not unreasonably refuse to provide to a particular Service Provider, Devices which appear on the Main Schedule of Approved Devices or Top-Up Schedule of Approved Devices.

  • Following any amendment (or deemed amendment) of the Schedule of Approved Devices in accordance with Section 2.6(b) ( Approved Devices ), at the request of any Lessee, Lessor shall provide Lessees with a new Schedule of Approved Devices (in the form set out in Schedule 3 ( Schedule of Approved Devices)).

  • The schedule of quantity means the schedule of quantity as specified and forming part of this contract.
