The Municipality authorizes Good Energy, L.P., or its lawful successor, (i) to communicate all supply, procurement, pricing, and timing decisions on the Municipality’s behalf, as applicable, during the Delivery Term, and (ii) to work directly with the Competitive Supplier to establish rates for future delivery terms/pricing periods as further described in Exhibit A, subject to final approval of the Municipality.

OBLIGATION TO SERVE As between the Parties, Competitive Supplier has the sole obligation to obtain sources of supply, whether from generating facilities owned or controlled by its affiliates, through bilateral transactions, or the market, as may be necessary to provide Firm Full-Requirements Power Supply for all of the Participating Customers under the Program. Competitive Supplier, except as explicitly limited by the terms included in Exhibit A, shall be obligated to accept all Participating Customers, regardless of their location or energy needs provided such Participating Customers are eligible under the applicable regulations and tariffs of the Distribution Utility. METERING The Distribution Utility will be responsible for any metering which may be required to xxxx Participating Customers in accordance with the Distribution Utility's Terms and Conditions for Competitive Suppliers.
