Schedule of Rejected Contracts definition

Schedule of Rejected Contracts means the schedule of executory contracts and unexpired leases to be rejected by the Debtors pursuant to the Plan, if any, as the same may be amended, modified, or supplemented from time to time.

Schedule of Rejected Contracts means the schedule of Executory Contracts and Unexpired Leases to be rejected by the Debtors pursuant to the Plan, if any, and to be included in the Plan Supplement, as the same may be amended, modified, or supplemented from time to time, which shall be in form and substance acceptable to the Debtors and the Requisite Consenting Creditors (subject to the parties’ rights and obligations under the RSA).

• The Confirmation Order shall constitute the Bankruptcy Court’s approval of the rejection of all the leases and contracts identified in the Schedule of Rejected Contracts.
