Schedule of Service Charges means those general charges to be imposed by the Governmental Agency for services provided by the System, as set forth in Exhibit C hereto, which Schedule of Service Charges shall be in full force and effect to the satisfaction of the Authority prior to the disbursement of any portion of the Loan hereunder.

Related to Schedule of Service Charges

  • Schedule of Charges means the schedule as seen in clause Schedule of Charges;
