General Charges. You will pay our charges as agreed with you from time to time or we may deduct such charges from any funds held by us on your behalf. Our charges will include any applicable tax, duty and fees and all other liabilities, charges, costs and expenses payable in connection with Transactions effected on your behalf. Subject to XxXXX XX and the FCA Rules, confirmations may be sent to you showing a single price for the Transaction, that combines both the unit price and our charges in respect of that Transaction. In accordance with our charges, notified to you from time to time, we will charge you interest (both before and after any judgement) on any amount you failed to pay us when it was due, calculated at the rate determined by us to be the cost of funding such overdue amount (“Default Interest”) unless you pay such charges at the time they are incurred.
General Charges. Unless otherwise specified herein or unless otherwise agreed to by the parties, RBL shall reimburse Roche for time incurred in providing the Support Services as follows:
(a) Roche Clerical (all non-exempt) - $30 per person, per hour; (b) Roche Staff (Grades 9 through 16) - $55 per person, per hour; (c) Roche Manager (Grades 17 through 23) - $75 per person, per hour; and (d) Roche Director/Vice President (Grades 24 and higher) - $100 per person, per hour.
General Charges. Nothing herein shall prohibit the application of the following, if lawfully imposed upon the Property, excluding any existing or future CFD:
(i) Additional Taxes, Fee, and Charges. Developer, or Developer’s Project occupants, shall pay all normal and customary taxes, fees, and charges applicable to all permits necessary for the Project, and any taxes, fees, and charges hereafter imposed by City, which are standard and uniformly-applied to similar properties in the City.
(ii) Developer , or Developer’s Project occupants, shall be obligated to pay any fees or taxes, and increases thereof, imposed on a City-wide basis such as business license fees or taxes, sales or use taxes, transient occupancy taxes, utility taxes, and public safety taxes;
(iii) Developer, or Developer’s Project occupants, shall be obligated to pay any fees imposed pursuant to any Uniform Code.
(iv) Developer, or Developer’s Project occupants, shall be obligated to pay any utility fees and charges, including amended rates thereof, for City services such as electrical utility charges, water rates, and sewer rates.

Charges are still payable for cancellation or postponement if FE has been dispatched (2 hours before appointment time) or FE has arrived on site. Field Engineer (FE) On-site General Charges S$54.50 for transportation (per trip) S$130.80 per hour for on-site Charge rate. Minimum Charge time is 1 hour per trip. Incremental unit is 1/2 hour or part thereof. S$109.00 for cancellation Charge/postponement if FE has been dispatched (2 hours before appointment time) or FE has arrived on site. Business Hours: Mon- Fri, 8am to 5.30pm (excluding public holidays). Description Charges For work after business hours, there on-site Charge rate is S$196.20 per hour Transfer of Ownership or Account Charges S$54.50 per Service transfer. No Charges for merging of accounts under the same entity. Replacement of Lost or Damaged Hardware (TP/ ONT/ router) Charges S$163.50 + hardware Charges. You may enquire the cost of the hardware from your AM. Resumption Charges (from the date of suspension) S$109.00 for 1st 90 calendar days of suspension or part thereof. S$109.00 for each subsequent 30 calendar days of suspension or part thereof.
13.2 All above Charges are inclusive of 9% GST. We reserve the right to add, remove or change any of the Charges from time to time without prior notice. Please procure written confirmation from us on the Charges that apply to you.
General Charges. The general charges are common charges that include the following costs and fees: − Lighting of the public/common areas; − Maintenance of access routes and roads, including snow removal and salting; − Heating, cooling and water consumption for common areas; − Maintenance of smoke detectors and installation of fire extinguishers in common areas; − Water consumption in common areas and for heating and ventilation/cooling; − Payments for maintenance and monitoring services and for other maintenance fees regarding all of the machines used by everyone, in particular the elevators, the automatic doors, and flat roofs; − The cost of running wiring to the elevator phone and for the phone lines; − Power consumption for external lighting and lighting for the common areas of the building, the elevators and any shared electrical installations; − The salary of the concierge, including benefits and the charges for the cleaning companies, and in addition the costs for replacing the concierge; − Maintenance and periodic review of the system for controlling access to the building; − Treatment and storage of garbage, installation of garbage compressor, drains and sewers; − Purification fees, treatment of grey water − Cleaning and unplugging the drains for grey water; − Management honoraria and management fees for establishing the breakdown of the general charges, to the maximum amount according to the rates in effect of the Management Society of Geneva.

(v) Developer, or Developer’s Project occupants, shall be obligated to pay any fees imposed pursuant to any Uniform Code.
(vi) Developer, or Developer’s Project occupants, shall be obligated to pay any utility fees and charges, including amended rates thereof, for City services such as electrical utility charges, water rates, and sewer rates.

The Licensee must keep all doors and other means of access to the Premises securely fastened when the Premises are left unoccupied. The Licensor reserves the right to enter the Premises and fasten them if they are left insecurely fastened. The Licensee must ensure that, at all times, the Licensor has a current address and telephone number at which the Licensee, or a responsible representative of the Licensee, can be reached when the Licensee or representative is not in the Premises. No curtains, window blinds, window screens or awnings may be erected without the approval of the Licensor. The Licensee must not cause obstruction in the Common Area. The Licensee shall ensure that all persons under its control and all persons invited onto the Land by the Licensee use all services, including bathroom and toilet facilities, in the Common Area and in the Premises in a reasonable manner which does not damage or cause blockages to such services. No rubbish or waste may, at any time, be burnt on the Premises or in the Building. The Licensee may not conduct, or permit to be conducted, on the Premises any auction, bankrupt or fire sale. The Licensee may not use or permit the Common Area to be used for any business or commercial purpose or the display or advertisement of any goods or services.
