Schedule Revision Date definition

Schedule Revision Date has the meaning set forth in the Indenture.
Schedule Revision Date means (i) the date on which a new Series of Environmental Control Bonds is issued or any Outstanding Series of Environmental Control Bonds is defeased, (ii) any date on which the Environmental Control Charges are changed or revised in accordance with a True-Up Adjustment Filing and (iii) any Payment Date on which payments are not made in accordance with the Expected Sinking Fund Schedule in the related Series Supplement.
Schedule Revision Date means the earlier of (a) the fifth day following the HSR Clearance Date and (b) the day on or after the HSR Clearance Date on which CRISPR provides to Vertex either (i) CRISPR’s supplemental or additional schedules (if any) pursuant to the proviso in the first sentence of Section 8.2, and a notice that no further supplemental, additional or updated schedules will be provided, or (ii) instead of providing any such supplemental, additional or updated schedules, a notice that no further supplemental, additional or updated schedules will be provided.

Examples of Schedule Revision Date in a sentence

  • Not later than each Schedule Revision Date, the Issuer shall deliver to the Indenture Trustee a replacement Schedule A hereto, adjusted to reflect the event giving rise to such Schedule Revision Date and setting forth the Expected Sinking Fund Schedule for each Payment Date.

  • Prior to each Schedule Revision Date, the Servicer shall deliver to the Issuer replacement Schedules A and replacement Schedules B to each Series Supplement to which such Schedule Revision Date applies, adjusted to reflect the event giving rise to such Schedule Revision Date and setting forth the Expected Sinking Fund Schedule for each Payment Date applicable thereto.

Schedule Revision Date means (i) the date on which a new Series of Transition Bonds is issued or any outstanding Series of Transition Bonds is redeemed or defeased, (ii) any Adjustment Date on which the Intangible Transition Charges are changed or revised and (iii) any Payment Date on which payments are not made in accordance with the Expected Amortization Schedule.
Schedule Revision Date means the earlier of (a) the [***] following the Antitrust Clearance Date and (b) the day on or after the Antitrust Clearance Date on which Company provides to Vertex either [***].

Related to Schedule Revision Date

  • Shift Schedule means a written statement setting forth the days and hours upon which the employees are required to work.

  • Invoice Date has the meaning set forth in Section 6.2.

  • Time Schedule means the Time Schedule for final completion of the Works or Mechanical Completion of the Plant(s)/Unit(s) as the case may be, incorporated in the Contract or as may be extended by the OWNER or Engineer-in-Charge pursuant to the provisions hereof and shall include interim time schedules set up for achieving interim/phase-wise/stage-wise progress/completion/testing/commissioning/handing over, as may be prescribed by the OWNER/Engineer-in-Charge, within the overall Time Schedule as originally envisaged or as extended.

  • Progress Schedule means a schedule of the Work, in a form satisfactory to Owner, as further set forth in Section 3.02.

  • Submission Date means the date on which You Submit a Contribution to Us.

  • Statement Date means each date designated as such in the Series Term Sheet.

  • The calculation date means the first date on which the purchasers of ordinary shares of the Company shall not be granted the rights to receive the dividend payment (the first date that the SET posts XD sign).

  • Order Form Effective Date means the date on which an Order Form comes into effect as indicated in that Order Form.

  • Specification Schedule means the Schedule containing details of the Specification.

  • Agreement Date means the date as of which this Agreement is dated.

  • Equipment Schedule means (a) each Equipment Schedule attached to the applicable Requisition and (b) each Equipment Schedule attached to the applicable Lease Supplement.

  • Schedule E means internal revenue service schedule E (form 1040) filed by a taxpayer pursuant to the Internal Revenue Code.

  • Amortization Schedule means, with respect to each Equipment Note, the amortization schedule for such Equipment Note delivered pursuant to Section 2.02 of the Trust Indenture.

  • Delivery Period Termination Date Has the meaning specified in the Related Pass Through Trust Supplement.

  • Unilateral Change Order (ULCO means a Change Order issued by Owner without the complete agreement of Contractor, as to cost and/or time.
