Scheduled ASMs definition

Scheduled ASMs means, for any period of calculation, the greater of (x) the number of available seat miles for all Scheduled Flights set forth on the Initial Proposed Monthly Schedule and (y) the number of available seat miles for all Scheduled Flights set forth on the Final Monthly Schedule, it being understood that each of the Initial Proposed Monthly Schedule and the Final Monthly Schedule shall be determined pursuant to Section 2.1(c) herein and are subject to Reasonable Operating Constraints and Conditions as set forth therein.
Scheduled ASMs means, for any period of calculation, the available seat miles for all Scheduled Flights during such period of calculation. Scheduled Flight — is defined in Section 2.01(b).

Related to Scheduled ASMs

  • Scheduled Airline means any civilian aircraft operated by a civilian scheduled air carrier holding a certificate, license or similar authorization for civilian scheduled air carrier transport issued by the country of the aircraft’s registry, and which in accordance therewith flies, maintains and publishes tariffs for regular passenger service between named cities at regular and specified times, on regular or chartered flights operated by such carrier.

  • Scheduled Uptime means the total minutes in the reporting month less the total minutes represented by the Scheduled Downtime.

  • Scheduled Amount means the Day-Ahead Schedule comprised of the quantity (in MWh) of electric energy expected to be produced by the Generating Facility that is scheduled from Seller or Seller’s Scheduling Coordinator to Buyer in a Physical Trade in the IFM.

  • scheduled service means the City Representative has notified the Contractor to perform services ten (10) working days prior to commencement of work by Contractor.

  • Scheduled Flight means a flight in an aircraft where the airline is listed in the Official Airline guide or equivalent and the air carrier holds a certificate, licence or similar authorization for scheduled air transportation issued by the relevant authorities in the country in which the aircraft is registered and, in accordance with such authorization, maintains and publishes schedules and tariffs for passenger service between named airports at regular and specific times. Scheduled Airline does not include Private Charter.

  • Unscheduled Rebalance means an unscheduled rebalance occurring on a Valuation Date on which the rebalancing mechanism built in the relevant Index or Investment Strategy in respect of a Series of ETP Securities has been triggered by a change in the price of the corresponding Reference Asset of such Index or Investment Strategy by more than the relevant trigger level for the Index or Investment Strategy in accordance with its methodology.

  • Scheduled Repayment shall have the meaning provided in Section 4.02(a).

  • Scheduled Outage means the final outage plan as approved by the RPC as per the provisions of the Grid Code;

  • Scheduled Bank means a bank included in the second schedule to the Reserve Bank of India Act, 1934, or modification thereto.
