Scheduled Energy definition

Scheduled Energy means the Facility Energy that clears under the applicable CAISO market based on the final Day-Ahead Schedule, FMM Schedule (as defined in the CAISO Tariff), or any other financially binding Schedule, market instruction or dispatch for the Facility for a given period of time implemented in accordance with the CAISO Tariff.
Scheduled Energy means the quantum of energy scheduled by the concerned Load Despatch Centre to be injected into the grid by a generating station for a given time period;
Scheduled Energy means the quantum of energy scheduled by the State Load Despatch Centre to be injected into the grid by a generating station over a day;

Examples of Scheduled Energy in a sentence

  • Xxxxx and Seller recognize that from time to time the amount of Delivered Energy will deviate from the amount of Scheduled Energy.

  • Each Party has the right, at its sole expense and during normal working hours, to examine the records of the other Party to the extent reasonably necessary to verify the accuracy of any statement, charge or computation made pursuant to this Agreement including amounts of Delivered Energy or Scheduled Energy.

  • In the event that Delivered Energy for any CAISO settlement interval is less than Scheduled Energy for such CAISO settlement interval, Buyer shall have no payment obligation in respect of the Negative Imbalance Energy.

More Definitions of Scheduled Energy

Scheduled Energy means the Energy that clears under the applicable CAISO market based on the final Schedule developed in accordance with this Agreement, the operating procedures developed by the Parties pursuant to Section 3.10, and the applicable CAISO Tariff, protocols and Scheduling practices.
Scheduled Energy means the Facility Energy that clears under the applicable CAISO market based on the final Day-Ahead Schedule(s), FMM Schedule(s) (as defined in the CAISO Tariff), and/or any other financially binding Schedule(s), market instruction or dispatch for the Facility for a given period of time implemented in accordance with the CAISO Tariff.
Scheduled Energy shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.4(c).
Scheduled Energy means the quantum of energy to be generated at the generating station over the 24-hours period, as scheduled by the State Load Dispatch Centre;
Scheduled Energy means Energy generated in response to Scheduled Operations and delivered to Buyer at the Electrical Delivery Point for its account.
Scheduled Energy or “Scheduled Generation” shall mean Scheduled Generation as defined in the ABT /relevant Regulations framed by Appropriate Commission.
Scheduled Energy means the Day-Ahead Schedule, FMM Schedule, and/or any other financially binding Schedule, market instruction or dispatch for the Facility for a given period of time.
