Scheduled Connection Date definition

Scheduled Connection Date means the Renewable Energy Feed-In Tariff Programme adopted by the Government of the Republic of Namibia through the Ministry of Mines and Energy, and implemented by the ECB and NamPower; twelve (12) months following the Effective Date and has the meaning given to it in the Transmission Connection Agreement;
