Scheduled Connection Date definition

Scheduled Connection Date means the Renewable Energy Feed-In Tariff Programme adopted by the Government of the Republic of Namibia through the Ministry of Mines and Energy, and implemented by the ECB and NamPower; twelve (12) months following the Effective Date and has the meaning given to it in the Transmission Connection Agreement;
Scheduled Connection Date means the date falling 180 days before the Scheduled COD of Power Station;
Scheduled Connection Date has the meaning set forth in the Connection Offer Letter in Annexure 1.

  • NamPower shall, not less than two (2) months prior to the Scheduled Connection Date and on an annual basis for the remainder of the term of this Agreement, at least two (2) months prior to the anniversary of the Connection Date, provide to the Customer its proposal for Scheduled Transmission System Outages, and shall use its best endeavours to coordinate that the timing of the Scheduled Transmission System Outages shall not be during Daylight Hours (i.e., shall not overlap generation hours).

Scheduled Connection Date means the date falling 210 days before the Scheduled COD of first Unit;

Scheduled Connection Date means the date on or before which the evacuation facilities for the contracted energy beyond the Delivery Point shall have to be ensured by the procurer, which shall be the date falling two hundred and ten (210) days before the scheduled COD or Revised Scheduled COD,as the case may be , of the first unit.

  • Connection Date means the date when the Carrier having received the relevant information from the Company is in a position to and has agreed to commence provision of the Fixed Network Services to the Customer;

  • Scheduled Commercial Operation Date shall have the meaning ascribed to it in Clause 5.4.1;
