Scheduled Construction Completion Date definition

Scheduled Construction Completion Date means date of the completion of the Construction Period, which shall be at the expiry of a period of 6 (Six) months from the Compliance Date.
Scheduled Construction Completion Date has the same meaning as Section 8.03 (a) in this Agreement.
Scheduled Construction Completion Date shall have the meaning specified in Clause 9.5(b).

  • Project Completion Schedule means the progressive Project Milestones set forth in Schedule-J for completion of the Project Highway on or before the Scheduled Completion Date;
