Scheduled Downtime has the meaning set forth in Section 5.2.
CIP (Destinations means Carriage and Insurance Paid up to named port of destination. Additionally the Insurance (local transportation and storage) would be extended and borne by the Supplier from ware house to the consignee site for a period including 3 months beyond date of delivery.
Scheduled Airline means any civilian aircraft operated by a civilian scheduled air carrier holding a certificate, license or similar authorization for civilian scheduled air carrier transport issued by the country of the aircraft’s registry, and which in accordance therewith flies, maintains and publishes tariffs for regular passenger service between named cities at regular and specified times, on regular or chartered flights operated by such carrier.
F.O.B. Destination means goods are to be delivered to the destination designated by the user which is the point at which the user accepts ownership or title of the goods. Laws of New Mexico specifically prohibit acceptance of ownership of goods in transit. Any exception to F.O.B. Destination may cause a bid to be declared nonresponsive.
Destination Point means the delivery point(s) on Carrier’s System where Product is delivered to Shipper, as such points are specified in Section III of this tariff.
Return Destination means the place to which the Insured expects to return from his/her Trip as shown in the Application.
scheduled service means the City Representative has notified the Contractor to perform services ten (10) working days prior to commencement of work by Contractor.
Host At Destination means the person with whom the Insured is sharing prearranged overnight accommodations in the host's home.
Shipment Date means the date for shipment of Product requested by Buyer in a Purchase Order.
Scheduled Uptime means the total minutes in the reporting month less the total minutes represented by the Scheduled Downtime.
Destination means any place where the Insured expects to travel to on his/her Trip other than Return Destination as shown on the travel documents.
Destination facility means a facility that treats, disposes of, or recycles a particular category of universal waste, except those management activities described in § 7-912(d)(3). A facility at which a particular category of universal waste is only accumulated, is not a destination facility for purposes of managing that category of universal waste.
Final Destination where applicable, means the place named in the SCC.
MONTHLY KILOMETREAGE STATEMENT CUM BILL means the format specified by the Company.
Scheduled Flight means a flight in an aircraft where the airline is listed in the Official Airline guide or equivalent and the air carrier holds a certificate, licence or similar authorization for scheduled air transportation issued by the relevant authorities in the country in which the aircraft is registered and, in accordance with such authorization, maintains and publishes schedules and tariffs for passenger service between named airports at regular and specific times. Scheduled Airline does not include Private Charter.
Unscheduled Downtime means any time when any or all of the applications and Services provided by the Supplier to the Customer shall be unavailable to the Customer due to unexpected system failures other than Scheduled Downtime or the downtime is attributable to events not under the control of the Supplier.
Interconnection Activation Date means the date that the construction of the joint facility Interconnection arrangement has been completed, trunk groups have been established, joint trunk testing is completed and trunks have been mutually accepted by the Parties.
Scheduled Outage has the meaning given to it in the Grid Code;
Service Drop means the overhead service conductors from the service point to the connection to the service-entrance conductors at the building or other structure.
Tourism destination project means a qualified non-gaming
Scheduled Quantity means the net quantity of Gas (being the difference between receipt and delivery nominations) agreed by MDL and the Welded Party to pass through (or, in the case of a Notional Welded Point, be deemed to have passed through) the relevant Welded Point for a Day.
Scheduled Final Payment Date means, with respect to the Storm Recovery Bonds, the date with respect to each tranche when all interest and principal is scheduled to be paid in accordance with the Expected Sinking Fund Schedule, as specified in the Series Supplement. For the avoidance of doubt, the Scheduled Final Payment Date shall be the last Scheduled Payment Date set forth in the Expected Sinking Fund Schedule. The “last Scheduled Final Payment Date” means the Scheduled Final Payment Date of the latest maturing Tranche of Storm Recovery Bonds.
Scheduled Amount means the Day-Ahead Schedule comprised of the quantity (in MWh) of electric energy expected to be produced by the Generating Facility that is scheduled from Seller or Seller’s Scheduling Coordinator to Buyer in a Physical Trade in the IFM.
Contract Quantity means the quantity of Gas to be delivered and taken as agreed to by the parties in a transaction.
Scheduled Distribution means the distribution set forth in Section 4.1.
Scheduled Valid Day means a Business Day.
