Scheduled Maintenance Services definition

Scheduled Maintenance Services means the preventative maintenance of Covered Assets subject to a Lease.
Scheduled Maintenance Services means the services listed in Schedule 1, Part 1 (Scheduled Maintenance Services).

  • If identified as applicable in the Key Information Table, the Project Company shall as a pre-condition to the Commencement Date under Clause 2.2(c) (Commencement Date), procure and ensure that the Spares Stock is available to the O&M Contractor for use in the Scheduled Maintenance Services, Corrective Maintenance Services and Monitoring Services.

  • Subject to Clauses 3.6 (Spares Stock), 3.10 (Included Spare Parts) and 3.11 (Excluded Spare Parts), the Contract Price is inclusive of all costs incurred by the O&M Contractor in relation to performing the Scheduled Maintenance Services, the Corrective Maintenance Services and the Monitoring Services.

  • If You perform Your own Scheduled Maintenance Services, You must maintain a log including date, mileage and description of each maintenance service and provide corresponding receipts for purchases of parts and fluids.

  • To obtain coverage or reimbursement under this Agreement, in accordance with the manufacturer’s recommendations, You must: (i) properly operate the Vehicle and (ii) provide proof of Scheduled Maintenance Services.

  • In addition to the Scheduled Maintenance Services, Ambient shall provide during the continuance of this Agreement an emergency corrective maintenance service outside Maintenance hours as soon as practicable after the receipt of a request by the Customer therefore (such request to be made during Maintenance Hours) such emergency services shall be charged for at Ambient’s standard scale of charges for such service from time to time in force and shall be additional to the Maintenance Charge.

  • Proof of Scheduled Maintenance Services includes maintenance records that show mileage, date of maintenance service, VIN, and the maintenance that was performed.

  • All parts and components removed from the Equipment by the Company in the course of performing the Scheduled Maintenance Services shall become the property of the Company.

  • Scheduled Maintenance Services will be provided during Provider's normal working hours, 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

  • During the continuance of this Agreement the Company shall provide the Scheduled Maintenance Services set out in the Schedule of Equipment and read in conjunction with the Schedule of Cover, on the terms set out herein.


More Definitions of Scheduled Maintenance Services

Scheduled Maintenance Services means (if any) the maintenance services included in Appendix 1 to these terms and conditions.
Scheduled Maintenance Services means the maintenance services to be provided by Ambient pursuant to Clause 2 with effect from the Commencement Date.
Scheduled Maintenance Services means the monthly maintenance services and the annual inspection and certification of the Elevators to be provided by the Contractor in conformance with this Agreement and which are more particularly described in the Scope of Services at Appendix “C ;

Related to Scheduled Maintenance Services

  • Maintenance Services means SAP’s then-current maintenance and/or support services offered under and described in detail in the applicable SAP PartnerEdge Model.

  • Support and Maintenance Services means the support and maintenance services described in Section 1 of these Support Terms.

  • Scheduled Maintenance means routine maintenance scheduled by Orange to implement generic changes to, or updates of, the Orange Services or the Orange Network.

  • Retail Service and Maintenance Sector Means the service and maintenance of retail facilities which includes financial institutions, retail businesses, schools and hospitals but does not include commercial premises as defined.

  • Planned Maintenance means any Maintenance BT has planned to do in advance.

  • Generator Maintenance Outage means the scheduled removal from service, in whole or in part, of a generating unit in order to perform necessary repairs on specific components of the facility, if removal of the facility meets the guidelines specified in the PJM Manuals.

  • Installation Services means all those services ancillary to the supply of the Plant and Equipment for the Facilities, to be provided by the Contractor under the Contract; e.g., transportation and provision of marine or other similar insurance, inspection, expediting, site preparation works (including the provision and use of Contractor’s Equipment and the supply of all construction materials required), installation, testing, pre-commissioning, commissioning, operations, maintenance, the provision of operations and maintenance manuals, training, etc.

  • Design Services means architect services, engineer services or landscape architect services.

  • Hosting Services means the provision, administration, and maintenance of servers and related equipment, the provision of bandwidth at the hosting facility, and the operation of the Application for access by Customer Users to be provided by the relevant hosting service provider.

  • Scheduled Maintenance Time means the time that the System is not in service due to a scheduled activity as defined in this SLA. The scheduled maintenance time would not be during business hours. Further, scheduled maintenance time is planned downtime with the prior permission of AIC.

  • Routine maintenance means activities to keep an impervious surface as near as possible to its constructed condition. This includes ordinary maintenance activities, resurfacing paved areas, and exterior building changes or improvements which do not materially increase or concentrate stormwater runoff, or cause additional nonpoint source pollution.

  • Service Drop means the overhead service conductors from the service point to the connection to the service-entrance conductors at the building or other structure.

  • Technical Support Services means the technical support and maintenance Services provided by us according to our then-current technical support policy and procedure listed at xxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx (“Technical Support Policy”) when the Services are purchased.

  • Computer software maintenance contract means a contract that obligates a seller of computer software to provide a customer with:

  • Standard Services means the standard Services referred to in Schedule 1 (Services) of this Framework Agreement;

  • Satellite services means communications capabilities that utilize an on-orbit satellite for transmitting the signal from one location to another.

  • Maintenance Outage means NERC Event Type MO, as set forth in attached Exhibit B, and includes any outage involving ten percent (10%) of the Facility’s Net Output that is not a Forced Outage or a Planned Outage.

  • Construction Phase Services means the coordination, implementation and execution of the Work required by this Agreement, which are further defined in Article 8.

  • Interconnection Service(s means any Interconnection, Resale Services, 251(c)(3) UNEs, Collocation, functions, facilities, products or services offered under this Agreement.

  • Operation and Maintenance Costs means the costs of:

  • Electricity Services means the services associated with the provision of electricity to a person, including the exchange of electric energy, making financial arrangements to manage financial risk associated with the pool price, Distribution Access Service, system access service, ancillary services, billing, metering, performing load settlement and any other services specified in regulations made under the Act;
