Land Transfer definition

Land Transfer means that an Applicant provides land to the County in lieu of providing some or all required MPDUs in accordance with Section 25A-5(g) and this regulation.
Land Transfer means the transfer of whole or part of Your interest in the Site to a third party prior to Substantial Completion of the Works, but excluding the transfer of that part or those parts of the Site in respect of which the Works have been Adopted by the Adopting Authority.
