Scheduling Center definition

Scheduling Center means a center responsible for one or more of the following functions, consistent with FERC standards of conduct requirements: marketing, 24-hour transaction (buying and selling) scheduling, and Generation Resource commitment and dispatch decisions.
Scheduling Center means the scheduling center designated by Georgia Power from time to time in writing as being the primary control point for Scheduling Instructions and other notifications provided to QF pursuant to Section 5.5 and Appendix J. There may only be one Scheduling Center designated at any one time.

  • Tube housing assembly means the tube housing with tube installed. It includes high-voltage and/or filament transformers and other appropriate elements when such are contained within the tube housing.

  • Common Areas and Facilities means collectively the Development Common Areas and Facilities and the Residential Common Areas and Facilities and all those parts and such of the facilities of the Development designated as common areas and facilities in any Sub-Deed;

  • Parking Facilities means the parking area located on the Property, containing the approximate number of lined parking spaces set forth in the Building Description, which parking area is provided as Common Facilities.
