Scheme Plan definition

Scheme Plan means the scheme plan in the form set out in Schedule Five (or in any other form the parties agree in writing or as may be amended by Bidder under clause 5.5) which (as applicable) is to be, or has been, approved by the Court under section 236(1) of the Companies Act.
Scheme Plan means the Scheme plan set out in Schedule 5 or in such other form as the parties agree in writing and the Court approves under section 236(1) of the Companies Act.
Scheme Plan means the Scheme plan attached as Schedule 5 to the Scheme Implementation Agreement, subject to any alterations or conditions approved by the Acquirer, Mercury and the Company in writing and which are disclosed to the Court prior to the Court making the Final Orders.

Examples of Scheme Plan in a sentence

  • If you have a vehicle which is registered for the Disabled User and Emergency Service Scheme Plan, Section 2 (General Terms – All Vehicle Plans), Section 4 (Sticker Plan Terms) and Section 7 (Disabled User and Emergency Service Scheme Plan Terms) will apply to that vehicle.

  • If you have a vehicle which is registered for the Local User Discount Scheme Vehicle Plan Section 2 (General Terms – All Vehicle Plans), Section 4 (Sticker Plan Terms) and Section 5 (Local User Discount Scheme Plan Terms) will apply to that vehicle.

  • If you have a vehicle which is registered for the Frequent User Discount Scheme Vehicle Plan Section 2 (General Terms – All Vehicle Plans), Section 4 (Sticker Plan Terms) and Section 5 (Frequent User Discount Scheme Plan Terms) will apply to that vehicle.

  • No term or condition of this Scheme Plan will be construed adversely to a party solely because that party was responsible for the preparation of this Scheme Plan or a provision of it.

  • This Scheme Plan is governed by and must be construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand.


More Definitions of Scheme Plan

Scheme Plan has the meaning given to that term in the SIA. Scheme Shareholder has the meaning given to that term in the SIA. Share means a fully paid ordinary share in MMH.
