School Board Resolution definition

School Board Resolution means that certain resolution adopted by the Henry County Board of Education authorizing the pledge of a portion of the School Board Sales Tax Revenues as security for the payment of principal of, premium, if any, and interest on the Outstanding Bonds, the Prior Lien Bonds and the Bonds or principal and interest on any other bonds or debt obligations issued by the County to refund or retire the Prior Lien Bonds or the Bonds;
