Peer review committee means one or more persons acting in a peer review capacity who also serve as an officer, director, trustee, agent, or member of any of the following:
Architectural Review Committee or “ARC” shall mean the architectural review committee established by the Organization to review plans submitted to the Organization for architectural review.
independent review committee means the independent review committee of the investment fund established under National Instrument 81-107 Independent Review Committee for Investment Funds;
Review Committee or “Committee” means a committee established pursuant to rule Chapter 67-60, F.A.C.
Procurement Committee means a Committee constituted by the Employer to perform the functions as such under the terms and conditions of Contract.
Screening Committee means the State level Screening Committee constituted in terms of sub-rule (2) of rule 123 of these rules.
Utilization review plan or "plan" means a written procedure for performing review.
Medical Advisory Committee means the Medical Advisory Committee established by the Board as required by the Public Hospitals Act;
District Evaluation Advisory Committee means a group created to oversee and guide the planning and implementation of the Board of Education's evaluation policies and procedures as set forth in N.J.A.C. 6A:10-2.3.
Peer-reviewed medical literature means a published scientific study in a journal or other publication in which original manuscripts have been published only after having been critically reviewed for scientific accuracy, validity and reliability by unbiased independent experts, and that has been determined by the international committee of medical journal editors to have met the uniform requirements for manuscripts submitted to biomedical journals. Peer-reviewed medical literature does not include publications or supplements to publications that are sponsored to a significant extent by a pharmaceutical manufacturing company or health carrier.
Transition Committee shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.14.
Retirement Committee means a committee consisting of the Company’s Vice President of Human Resources, the Director of HR Operations and the Compensation & Benefits Manager.
Health Board means a Health Board or Special Health Board established under section 2 of the National Health Service (Scotland) Xxx 0000;
Joint Commercialization Committee or “JCC” has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1(a).
Ethics Committee means an independent body established in a Member State in accordance with the law of that Member State and empowered to give opinions for the purposes of this Regulation, taking into account the views of laypersons, in particular patients or patients' organisations;
Medical Review Officer (MRO means a licensed M.D. or D.O. with knowledge of drug abuse disorders, employed or used by the City to review drug results in accordance with this procedure.
Development Committee shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.4.1.
Joint Committee means the Joint Committee established by Article 164(1) of the withdrawal agreement;
Supervisory Committee means the Comisión Fiscalizadora of the Company.
OPSI Advisory Committee means the committee established under Tariff, Attachment M, section III.G.
Benefits Committee means the Employee Benefits Committee of Textron.
Advisory Committee means the Employer's Advisory Committee as from time to time constituted.
Banning Committee means a Committee constituted for the purpose of these guidelines by the competent authority. The members of this Committee shall not, at any stage, be connected with the tendering process under reference.
Basic health plan model plan means a health plan as required in RCW 70.47.060(2)(e).
Appeal Committee means the appeal committee established by the Council in terms of section 12(3)(a);
Apprenticeship committee means those persons designated by the sponsor to act for it in the administration of the program. A committee may be “joint,” i.e., composed of an equal number of representatives of the employer(s) and of the employees represented by a bona fide collective bargaining agent(s), and is established to conduct, operate, or administer an apprenticeship program and enter into apprenticeship agreements with apprentices. A committee may be “unilateral” or “nonjoint” and shall mean a program sponsor in which a bona fide collective bargaining agent is not a participant.
