SCOPE OF RECOGNITION. 101 The Employer recognizes the Union as sole bargaining agent for nurses in the bargaining unit defined in the Manitoba Labour Board Certificate MLB-5927.
SCOPE OF RECOGNITION. 101 The Employers Organization recognizes the Union as sole bargaining agent for nurses in the bargaining unit defined in the Health Section Bargaining Unit Review Act Certificate HSBURA-0028.
SCOPE OF RECOGNITION. 1:01 The Employer recognizes the Union as the sole and exclusive bargaining agent for employees in classifications included in the bargaining unit as certified by the Manitoba Labour Board under specific certificates, or as may be granted voluntary recognition by the Employer and identified in Schedule “A”.
1:02 Persons whose jobs are not classified within the bargaining unit shall not work on jobs on a regular and recurring basis which have been determined as being within the bargaining unit except where it has been mutually agreed upon by both parties or in the case of training or emergency.

SCOPE OF RECOGNITION. 2.01 The Employer recognizes PCAM as the sole and exclusive bargaining agent for those Employees employed by an Employer within the Employers Organization defined in Certificate HSBURA-0038, save and except those excluded by The Labour Relations Act, as well as, such further and other class or classes of Employees as may be agreed upon by the parties during the currency of this Agreement or any extension thereof.
2.02 No Employee shall be required to make a written or verbal agreement with the Employer which may conflict with the terms of this Agreement, in accordance with Section 72(1) of The Labour Relations Act.
SCOPE OF RECOGNITION. 101 The Employer recognizes the Union as the sole collective bargaining agency for employees in the bargaining unit defined in the Manitoba Labour Board Certification No. MLB 5531. 102 New classifications, created during the term of the Agreement and coming within the scope of the bargaining unit as defined shall be added to Appendix "A".
SCOPE OF RECOGNITION. The scope of recognition granted in Section 1 above shall have no application in any other corporation, division or subsidiary in which the Hospital has an interest, even if said corporation employs nurses at the Hospital facility located at 0000 Xxxxxxx Xxxxxx, Klamath Falls, Oregon. No transfers of nurses between corporations, divisions or subsidiaries will occur, unless by mutual agreement of the affected nurse and Hospital.
SCOPE OF RECOGNITION. 1.01 The Employer recognizes the Union as the sole and exclusive bargaining agent for all employees of the Employer save and except the three (3) Managers, two (2) Administrative Assistants, Resource Co-ordinator, Executive Director, those above that rank and those excluded by the Act.
1.02 The Employer, if requested, shall provide the Union, once per year, with a list containing the names, addresses and telephone numbers of all bargaining unit employees.
SCOPE OF RECOGNITION. 1:01 The Employer recognizes the Union as the sole and exclusive bargaining agent for employees in classifications included in the bargaining unit as certified by the Manitoba Labour Board under Certificate No. MLB 6448 and voluntary recognition of employees within other Community residences at the Employer’s discretion.
1:02 Employees whose positions are excluded from this Agreement such as Maintenance staff, Clinical Consultants, Team Leaders, Coordinators, Senior Managers, Directors, and non-paid individuals such as family members, friends, and volunteers shall be permitted to perform work similar to those employees within the bargaining unit where this is for issues such as: experimentation, instruction, when no qualified members are available, family or friend participation or for resolving emergencies.
SCOPE OF RECOGNITION. The TUS are recognised for the purposes of all collective matters of policy and procedures or the collective application of policy and procedures which have a significant impact on those employees represented by the recognised Trade Unions, and which relate to any of the following matters:
6.1 Terms and conditions of employment, or the physical conditions in which any employees are required to work.
6.2 Allocation of work or the duties of employment between employees or groups of employees.
6.3 All policies and procedures related to conditions of employment.
6.4 Facilities for accredited representatives of Trade Unions.
6.5 Machinery for negotiation or consultation and other procedures relating to any of the above matters, including the recognition by SPS of the right of a Trade Union to represent employees in such negotiation of consultation or in the carrying out of such procedures.
